The queen was angry. But, when Alice shows the queen that she can look at what she can change about the situation vs focusing on the problem, the queen, I imagine, is no longer angry. (I haven’t watched the cartoon in a long time.)

Moral of the story: If you focus on the things you can change instead of the problem, you can change your emotional response.
