The paranoia and thoughts remain.

What if this is just my mental illness and every time I say I’m free I’m only making myself sicker and sicker?

No! Go away!

My God gave me peace!

Those lies are not mine and they have to go in Jesus’ name!

I may not know my father’s plans for me but I am called, and his plans are not to harm me.

They are to help me!

And, as I learn to walk in his love I can help others see his love.

This struggle is not mine.

This battle has already been won!

Father, make these lies leave and fill me with your truth!

Because, I can’t carry this anymore and I won’t carry this anymore.

I am not, not, not carrying this anymore!

If only I could believe what I write-

Father, give me patients and guidance and room to grow.

For now, let me rest in your peace.

Amen!
